Designation:<\/strong> Deputy Manager \u2013 Accounts
\nAcademic:<\/strong> MBA in Banking & Finance
\nExperience:<\/strong> 4-6 years of relevant experience
\nReports to:<\/strong> Finance Controller
\nLocation:<\/strong> Delhi
\nJob Purpose:<\/strong> This position shall be handling banking operations, fund management and foreign payment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Banking Operations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Oversee daily banking transactions including daily fund statement, availability of funds, payments.<\/li>\n
  2. Manage banking relationships, ensure timely limits renewal, CMA filing, Stock Statement.<\/li>\n
  3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for account opening, closure, and maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Accounting & Financial Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Prepared daily fund accounts matched with books and bank, track transactions, and prepare BRS.<\/li>\n
    2. Prepare Forex gain\/loss on closing balances review with financial.<\/li>\n
    3. Conduct account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.<\/li>\n
    4. Prepared Buyer\u2019s credit, FCNR, packing credit, BG working.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Compliance & Regulatory:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Ensure adherence to banking regulations, laws, and internal policies.<\/li>\n
      2. Monitor and report suspicious transactions, compliance breaches.<\/li>\n
      3. Maintain accurate records, documents, and audit trails.<\/li>\n
      4. Participate in process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Specific Banking Products:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Knowledge of Bank Guarantees (BG), Foreign Currency Non-Resident (FCNR) deposits.<\/li>\n
        2. Familiarity with Buyer’s Credit, Packing Credit Limit, Term Loan renewal.<\/li>\n
        3. Understanding of payment automation, digital banking platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Additional Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Professional certification (Banking regulations)<\/li>\n
          • Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial management<\/li>\n
          • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills<\/li>\n
