{"id":9940,"date":"2025-02-28T16:24:24","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T10:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/translumina.com\/in\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=9940"},"modified":"2025-07-15T16:54:13","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T11:24:13","slug":"assistant-manager-financial-planning-analysis","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/translumina.com\/in\/jobs\/assistant-manager-financial-planning-analysis\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Manager \u2013 Financial Planning &#038; Analysis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Min. 2-3 Years<br \/>\n<strong>Preferred:<\/strong> Experience in Big 4<br \/>\n<strong>CTC:<\/strong> As per industry standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting Timeliness and Accuracy:\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and submit MIS reports to the management as per internal reporting timelines<\/li>\n<li>Maintain error-free reporting and ensure data management of all reporting files &#8211; including Salary Sheets, GL Reports, Sales Master, Inventory, AR, AP, and Portfolio P&amp;L File<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales Team, and Finance Operations to ensure the quality of commentary in reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication:\n<ul>\n<li>Send weekly sales reports to relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to provide sales visibility to the management (rolling forecast) considering actual sales, open orders, and billing possibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Analysis and Variance Analysis:\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct variance analysis of expenses and balance sheet items, providing proactive responses to unusual expenses and data inconsistencies. Support the Financial Operations Team in Audit.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and bring attention of senior management to any red flags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaboration and Coordination:\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with overseas entities\u2019 colleagues to ensure timely data fetching for reporting purposes and investigate reasons for variances<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team, providing required data within a TAT of 36 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Special Projects and Process Improvement:\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the calculation of quarterly incentives for the International Sales Team<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad-hoc assistance in data analysis for ongoing strategic projects<\/li>\n<li>Automate reporting templates and implementing process improvements in reporting to enhance efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisite Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Analytical, communication and presentations skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and a self-starter individual, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Expert in MS-Office tools and ERP tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision), SAP with solid understanding of accounting software principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Experience: Min. 2-3 Years Preferred: Experience in Big 4 CTC: As per industry standards.
