Designation: Area Sales Manager
Academic: Science Graduate/Pharmacy Graduate/MBA (MBA Preferred)
Experience: 5-8 years of experience
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Mangalore/Kolkata/Delhi
Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for the distribution channel management and customer relationship management along with sales growth in the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure target achievement as per AOP on monthly & quarterly basis.
- Ensure execution of marketing strategies/ activities/initiatives.
- Distribution channel management
- Customer relationship management
- Marketing initiatives in the area
- Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the area
- Good relationships with the intervention cardiologist in the area
- DSO/outstanding management (for respected territory/regions).
- Maintaining and managing SFDC on regular basis (with targeted sales call averaged as agreed).
