Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting Timeliness and Accuracy:
- Prepare and submit MIS reports to the management as per internal reporting timelines
- Maintain error-free reporting and ensure data management of all reporting files – including Salary Sheets, GL Reports, Sales Master, Inventory, AR, AP, and Portfolio P&L File
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales Team, and Finance Operations to ensure the quality of commentary in reporting
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Send weekly sales reports to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to provide sales visibility to the management (rolling forecast) considering actual sales, open orders, and billing possibilities.
- Data Analysis and Variance Analysis:
- Conduct variance analysis of expenses and balance sheet items, providing proactive responses to unusual expenses and data inconsistencies. Support the Financial Operations Team in Audit.
- Identify and bring attention of senior management to any red flags
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with overseas entities’ colleagues to ensure timely data fetching for reporting purposes and investigate reasons for variances
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team, providing required data within a TAT of 36 hours
- Special Projects and Process Improvement:
- Assist in the calculation of quarterly incentives for the International Sales Team
- Provide ad-hoc assistance in data analysis for ongoing strategic projects
- Automate reporting templates and implementing process improvements in reporting to enhance efficiency
Requisite Skills:
- Excellent Analytical, communication and presentations skills.
- Confident and a self-starter individual, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Expert in MS-Office tools and ERP tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Navision), SAP with solid understanding of accounting software principles
