Job Description:
Designation: Key Account Manager
Academic: Science Graduate/Pharmacy Graduate/MBA (MBA Preferred)
Experience: 4+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience in Medical Device industry
Reports to: National Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata/Hyderabad/Nagpur
Job Purpose: This will be responsible for driving sales and implementing major marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales as per the allotted target.
- Implementing major marketing activities in designated area.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing high potential doctors.
- Increasing user base as per the shared target.
- Having an in-depth scientific knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Training and mentoring of regional sales team regarding the product.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
Requisite Skills
- Experience in Device industry preferably in Consumables like Neutec/BBraun/Dr Surgical etc.
- Open to Travelling as 30% of the time he needs to travel
- Knowledge of the local language is desirable not essential.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
