Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. This includes defining the product’s target market, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to make informed decisions about the product’s direction and features.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product’s planned development over time. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, marketing, and engineering, to gather and define product requirements. Ensure that these requirements are documented and communicated clearly to the development team.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards before release.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor the product’s performance, user feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data and metrics to make informed decisions about the product’s ongoing development and improvements.
- Feedback Management: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams and use it to iterate on the product. Prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on feedback and business impact.
- Playing the Role of Business Manager for the designated Region and collaborate with sales team for achieving execution excellence.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products. Identify opportunities and threats and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
